Thanksgiving with Campus Life

On Nov. 11, Campus Life held a Thanksgiving celebration in room 329. The members gathered, talked, and ate food to celebrate the holiday.

“I imagine the purpose of this event was to promote fellowship, and, true to the nature of the word, praise and thanksgiving for our blessings and friendship,” Kate Garrett (10) said.

“The celebration was very enjoyable and I am planning on coming to more meetings,” Madison Ferriell (9) said.

According to Campus Life’s Facebook page, Campus Life is an organization that has open discussions about God and Christianity using the Bible as their base. They also discuss how to live our lives according to God’s teachings, and how we can better the lives of those around us through outreach and ministry.
