Metro Animal service is a care center for abused animals. Bringing in an average of 14.000 animals annually, their goal is to save the lives of Louisville animals. Volunteers get the chance to walk dogs, play with cats, and join in events that promote pet adoption awareness. An orientation is mandatory prior to volunteering. Visit www.louisvilleky.gov/AnimalServices for the list of dates and times of the orientations or call 502-363-6609 for further details.
