The Manual Crimsons are playing the Seneca Redhawks for homecoming

The duPont Manual Crimsons will be up against the Seneca Redhawks for Manual’s football homecoming on September 21, 2012 at 7:30 P.M. at Manual Stadium.

Dr. Oliver Lucas predicated that as many as 4,000 to 5,000 people are expected to attend. It is one of the most important games of the school year for Manual, in his opinion. He also said that “Manual is hated because we are expected to excel, but nobody ever goes in hoping to lose a game.”

Dr. Lucas said this is the first year we are playing Seneca, since last year Manual played the Butler Traditional High School.

Nila White, a fan of the Manual Crimsons, said “I went to the homecoming last year and we won against the Butler Bears by 47 to 34, and I’m hoping we do better this year.”

“Football homecoming is so important because we have so many alumni coming out to support Manual, having the greatest attendance of any other game.” Dr. Lucas said.
