VA holds Senior January art show

VA’s new senior January art show went up January 24.

The show is called “Wild Things” and features pieces that vary from paint to charcoal mediums.

There are nine artists total featured in the show.

“Without any intention, I have developed my own style and taste in art,” VA senior Morgan Carrier (12) said. “Daily, I strive to let people understand me through my work.”

There are tree stumps placed in the middle of the show with more stumps on the side holding comment books for each artists.

The types of pieces featured in the show are portraits and still lifes.

The show is still up and can be seen in the VA Annex in the art gallery.
