The Manual boys football team was eliminated from the state playoffs after losing to Louisville’s Trinity Shamrocks 48-13. The Crimsons finished their season with 6 wins and 6 losses.
Both Manual’s boys and girls cross country teams took home hardware at the regional meet. The girls took 1st place as a team as well as the first three places individually. Kristen Hale (10) finished 1st with her sister, Cassidy Hale (10), right behind her in 2nd. Sarah Barker (11) placed 3rd.
The boy’s cross country team placed 3rd in the region, finishing behind St. X (1) and Butler (2). Reece Johns (12) placed 3rd and Will Short (11) finished 10th.
The girl’s went on to place 3rd overall at the state level. Kristen Hale (10) finished 4th, three spots infront of her sister Cassidy Hale (10) who finished 7th. Sarah Barker (11) placed 19th.
The boys team took 10th overall at the state level.
