Over the past week, RedEye staffers compiled a playlist of their favorite holiday tunes.

RedEye’s editor-in-chief made her pick because of how memorable the song was. “My favorite holiday song is All I Want for Christmas is You by Mariah Carey. I like it because it’s catchy and fun to sing with other people,” said Molly Gregory (12, J&C).

Staffer Justin Farris’s favorite holiday song is Mele Kalikimaka by Bing Crosby. “It stands out more to me and it has more of a different vibe,” said Justin Farris (12, J&C)

Others chose their songs for more obscure reasons. “My favorite is probably We Three Kings because of the verses about myrrh,” said Mr. Miller, RedEyes advisor.
