High School students from Egypt, Tunisia, and Libya visited J&C last month as part of a Youth Leadership program sponsored by the US State Department. The program teaches about leadership with a focus on media literacy. This group came to the Redeye classroom to observe how online journalism amongst peers their age worked in the US. Participants in the program comment on why they got involved, the differences between their countries and the US, and the revolution.
