As a part of the CMA Photojournalism class, the beginning of the second semester was dedicated to studio projects. This taught the students how to shoot photos in high-key and low-key lighting inside the magnet’s studios. The project required theme development, a minimum of ten different models in ten different photos, and a presentation.
Matthew McCardwell’s project was themed around the Oaks race at Churchill Downs.
