Gallery: 5 Manual softball players “burn out” in the weight room

Monday, January 7th, 5 Manual softball players went down to the weight room for their last conditioning session before real practice starts. Since it would be the last time they condition before practice, Coach James Brentlinger had a special surprise for them. “A burn out is when you lift as much as you can until your muscles start failing and you can’t move any more,” said Brentlinger.
