Dear Students and Parents,

As you are aware, the forecast is calling for inclement weather for Thursday and perhaps Friday of this week. In order to ensure that our students are fully prepared for semester I finals, below is the schedule we will follow in the event we have no school Thursday and/or Friday.

Finals schedule if school is canceled…

Miss ONLY Thursday 12/16 (W2 and W3 Finals):

Friday 12/16/10: R2 and R3 Finals (2143) as scheduled
Monday 1/3/11: W1-4—No Finals (review day)
Tuesday 1/4/11: Normal Red Day
Wednesday 1/5/11: W2 and W3 Finals (2143)

Miss BOTH Thursday and Friday (W2, W3, R2, and R3 Finals):

Monday 1/3/11 Schedule:

7:40-8:20: W1
8:25-9:15: W4
9:20-10:50: W2 Review
10:55-12:30: W3-Review/ Normal Lunch Schedule
12:35-1:25: R2 Review
1:30-2:20: R3 Review

Tuesday 1/4/11: R2 and R3 Finals (2143)
Wednesday 1/5/11: W2 and W3 Finals (2143)
