Thursday will be cloudy with snow showers with a high of 32 and low of 14. Snow is expected to start falling at 3AM and accumulate through the morning and afternoon, then decreasing at night. Roads will be snow-covered, slick, and dangerous. Three to five inches are expected by Thursday night.
