Ms. Blackerby’s W1 humanities class practiced calligraphy on October 19, 2011

Ms. Blackerby’s Humanities class is studying the Mid-evil and Renaissance time periods this six weeks. The class is focusing on creating a Medieval art form, the illuminated manuscript. This project was assigned to the students as a fun and creative way to learn about the past. Students were assigned to choose a quote and practice their calligraphy writing.
