The Lady Crimsons softball team ended its season on May 22 against Male High School in the first round of the district tournament. The final record of their season was 18 wins and 11 losses.
Members of the team also received several awards and recognitions. Savannah Madison received the All-District award for the 25th district. Madyson Martin, Savannah Madison, and Sadie Cohen made the junior All-Stars team for the 7th region, and Bethany Mitchell made the senior all star team for the 7th region.
“I am disappointed that we had to end our season the way that we did, but we played hard and left everything that we had out there on the field against Male. So I am very proud of my team. Now I have to get ready for this senior all-star game and represent my team and Manual,” said Bethany Mitchell (12).
