Golf team enters Slyder Cup Scramble

On May 21st, the boys’ golf team will be participating in the 4th annual Slyder Cup Scramble. It will be  held at Shawnee Golf Course. The purpose of the event is to help raise money for equipment and tournaments in the upcoming season.  Each player will assemble a team of four people which includes family, friends, or other teammates. This event will be sponsored by golf coaches, Bill Jackson and Todd Eastridge.

“Tournaments are expensive, and this will help pay for the costs of them,” said Christian Farmer (10). “We also hope that this event will help prepare us for the upcoming season.”
