Dems win Louisville; GOP wins Kentucky

According to the State Board of Elections, almost 46% of Kentuckians cast their votes for members of the United States House of Representatives, city mayors and delegates in the Kentucky General Assembly. Republicans still control Frankfort and Democrats still control the Louisville Metro Council. Here are the full results:
