Manual holds pep rally for basketball Homecoming

On Friday, Manual hosted a pep rally for the basketball Homecoming games.
The event began with a celebration for the boys’ and girls’ varsity basketball teams followed by a singing of the national anthem. The Crimson Sound Pep Band then played and the nominees for Homecoming court were announced.
The Manual cheer team performed, followed by a Hula Hoop competition. Principal Newman, along with participants from each grade, participated in the competition.
Students from each grade were also selected to participate in a game of “Simon Says,” which ended with five winners.
The Dazzlers also performed their hip hop routine and the pep rally ended with the seniors taking the spirit stick.
