Ingredients for Hot Cocoa Cookies
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 12 ounces of semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cups of light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 8 ounces of semisweet baking chocolate, cut into 1 inch pieces
