Manual volleyball played a strong game against Central on Thursday night, bringing home the win.

In the first set, Central was able to take an early 1-0 lead with a hit. Manual took the lead back after a hit from Ava Stinebruner (#13, 11). The Crimsons was then able to build off this and increase their lead to 20-11 following an error by Central. Manual then closed out the first set 25-14 following a serve by Nya Bunton (#5, 12).

The Rams were able to jump out in front early in the second set 2-1 following a hit by Nya Bunton (#5, 12). They then extended their lead 6-4 after a hit by Nya Bunton (#5, 12). The Crimsons increased their lead 10-4 following another hit by Nya Bunton (#5, 12).

Later in the set Manual lost the lead 15-14 after a Central hit but were able to recover and retake the lead 21-19 following a hit by Cecilia Roberts (#22, 12). The Rams closed out the second set 25-19 after a block by Aubrey Montgomery (#8, 10).

The Crimsons knew that they only had one set left to win the match. With victory in their grasp, they never looked back. Manual took an early 1-0 lead after a hit by Nya Bunton (#5, 12) and increased their lead 5-0 after another hit by Nya Bunton (#5, 12). Manual was then able to extend their lead 10-0 following an error by Central.

Manual increased their lead 15-1 after a spike by Nya Bunton (#5, 12). Central then called a timeout with Manual leading 16-1. Manual continued to expand their lead 20-2 after a Central error. Manual was then able to win the third set and the match 25-2 following a block by Abby Gentner (#2, 10).
