Cross country 

The cross country team competed in the Trinity/ Valkyrie Invitational at Tom Sawyer Park. The girl’s team placed 5th overall and the boy’s team placed 13th. 

Field hockey 

This past week the JV and varsity team participated in the annual Apple Tournament hosted by Sacred Heart. The varsity team has their first game of the week Wednesday at South Oldham starting at 6 followed by a game on Thursday where they will travel to Assumption at 7:30. To end their week they will host North Oldham Saturday at 11 a.m.

Football 

The football team had their first regular-season game Friday. The Crimsons lost 17-7 to LaSalle. They will travel to play North Bullitt this coming Friday at 7:30. 

Boys’ soccer 

The Crimsons went undefeated last week and have a 3-0 record to start the season. They have a doubleheader Tuesday and Wednesday; first, they will travel to St. Francis Tuesday at 5:30, then play against Central at 5 Wednesday. To wrap up the week they play Saturday at home versus Central at 12.

Girls’ soccer 

The Lady Crimsons finished their play in the Lexington Catholic tournament yesterday (Saturday). They will play Wednesday against Presentation for Senior Night. 

Volleyball 

The volleyball team has gone undefeated in their first week of games. They have a season record of 3-0 and have defeated Presentation, Central, and Butler. The varsity will have three games this week traveling Tuesday to Portland Christan at 6, then back to back home games Wednesday versus Male at 7 and Thursday against Shawnee at 6.
